 Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere United States. We ship  flat rate of $8.50. Seller reserves the right to select the shipping method - even if a different one is selected at time of purchase.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard shipping takes about 7 to 10 business days during the regular season. Due to the state of the world...shipping time varies. Business Days are Monday through Friday.

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

Your order ships with a tracking number. Once it is shipped, you need to track via USPS, UPS or FEDEX- depending on the carrier. Once it leaves our facility it is your responsibility to track it.

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

ALL SALES FINAL including items on live sales and door buster items . CLOTHING CAN BE RETURNED FOR A STORE CREDIT ONLY.

With clothing - you have 2 days to notify GLM Beauty and Style at concierge@glmbeautystyleboutique.com to request a return. Facebook messaging owners or staff is not permitted. All business correspondence must be emailed to business email. All return shipping is the responsibility of customer. All clothing to be eligible for return must be unworn, tags on to be considered acceptable for a merchandise credit.  NO CASH or CREDIT REFUNDS - only STORE CREDIT. GLM does not offer any type of warranties/guarantees on any items. If something breaks it is the buyers responsibility to repair at their expense.  GLM is not responsible for any repairs after purchase, or any exchanges.

IF CHOOSING AFTERPAY AS FORM OF PAYMENT, You will be sent a link via Text (if phone number is provided), email or facebook message to complete purchase. Once link is emailed you have 2 hours to complete purchase or the order is automatically cancelled.

How much is the return shipping fee? 

Return fees are at the customer expense.

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

All gifts are final sale.
